Hypnosis can help you achieving your dreams, goals and desires by removing the unconscious blocks that are stopping you from moving forward which will also help overcoming procrastination. These blocks normally take the form of thoughts and/or beliefs that were ingrained in the brain at some point in the past (childhood or later in life after a traumatic event).
What happens during a session?
We will start by discussing the reason for the consultation and will go through the intake form. Then you will be guided through a progressive body and mind relaxation until you enter an hypnotic state. In that state we will explore the reason for the consultation and we will close with a discussion about the findings. You will be conscious & in control throughout the session. * Don't believe everything you see on TV (staged hypnosis)
A regular session lasts 1 hour & includes a personalized solution focused hypnotic CD for self-hypnosis and reinforcement (free with the 3rd session). For best results, a minimum of 3 sessions are recommended.

Past Life Regression is also known by Transpersonal Therapy. It combines Ericksonian hypnosis, NLP, Progressive relaxation, Regression, CBT & Live Between Lives (Michael Newton) techniques. It was also influenced by Jung's perspective of becoming a unified whole. Its purpose is to bringing about reconciliation and wholeness. Each session lasts about 2 hours.
