Mindful Hikes: We organise a Mindful hike in nature once per month. The hike consists of about 2 to 3 hours (in total) silent walking with a break for lunch where we will get to know each other and talk about a variety of topics that involve meditation and other interesting themes; followed by a seated meditation ( spring-Summer) and a little yoga practice. Stress Release sessions: Ideal for companies and events, these sessions (30 minutes to 1h ) incorporate Pranayama's & Mindfulness and can easily fit during lunch time or at the end of the day.
Chakra Meditation- Meditating on the chakras activates the thinking process, increasing brain capacity and promoting physical, mental & emotional health and wellbeing. In the practice of Chakra meditation, we combine simple techniques such as visualization, pranayama and bandhas with the intention of uniting consciousness (Shiva) with energy (Shakti) at each chakra. The aim of this type of chakra meditation is to break the cycle of Samskara.
Soul & Monadic Meditation - It is a more esoteric training that aims to create the bridge between the personality (ego) and the soul (at first) and the fusion with the Monad (after). The meditation practice involves chakra meditation, visualisation and invocations and the purification of the physical, mental and emotional bodies. It’s based on the teachings of the Tibetan Master Djwal Khul and the Ageless Wisdom Traditions.
