WRITE IT OUT *Mindful writing workshop in the studio or via zoom 10.00- 12.00 Do you often wonder where could you find inspiration to write while meditating at the same time? Meditation during reading can be used as a mindfulness technique allowing you to communicate with your inner self and help you overcome writer’s blocks.
Join this 2 hours workshop to discover how can that be done and create a story of your own experience.
Bring pen and paper and let us guide you through a meditation followed by a creative writing experience. We will close with a group chat while enjoying a cup of tea.
Please respect the other elements of the group and stay in silence during the meditation.

RE-BIRTHING Freedom Through breath in the studio or via zoom 14.00- 16.00 This workshop will take you beyond the Pranayama (breath control). You will learn how to invigorate your body from within to reach a deep meditative state and to activate the release of trauma & fear from your cells.
The session will be guided by a clinical hypnotherapist & yoga teacher so you will be fully supported throughout the process.
At the end you may experience a deeper sense of inner peace and connection with yourself and the world.
*This technique can be quite cathartic. I will be guiding you through the process and will assist when you need.
