Re-birthing- Freedom through breath This workshop will take you beyond the Pranayama (breath control). You will learn how to invigorate your body from within to reach a deep meditative state and to activate the release of trauma & fear from your cells. At the end you may experience a deeper sense of inner peace and connection with yourself and the world.
*This technique can be quite cathartic. I will be guiding you through the process and will assist when you need.

Osho Dynamic Meditation workshop This meditation is a fast, intense and cathartic way to break old, ingrained patterns in the body and mind that keeps one imprisoned in the past. It is a liberating intense practice that will be divided in 6 stages.
First Stage: 10 minutes Breathing intensely through the nose concentrating on the exhalation.
Second Stage: 10 minutes EXPLODE! … Let go of everything that needs to be released. Give your body freedom to express whatever is there. Scream, shout, cry, jump, kick, shake, dance, sing, laugh. Hold nothing back; keep the body moving.
Third Stage: 10 minutes With arms raised high above your head, jump up and down.
Fourth Stage: 15 minutes STOP! Freeze wherever you are, in whatever position you find yourself. Don’t arrange the body in any way.
Fifth Stage: 15 minutes Celebrate! With music and dance express whatsoever is there. Carry your aliveness with you throughout the day.
Sixth Stage: 20 min Quiet Meditation, sitting down or laying down

I AM YOU workshop echoes the knowledge described in the spiritual adventure book of the same name. How can we bring more awareness and clarity to our daily living and enhance the connection to our spiritual selves, beyond the moments we sit quietly in meditation?
